The room was really nice, big and well equipped. The location is fantastic, just a very short walk from the Niagara Falls. Hotel restaurants are nice and the staff was very helpful.

Connected to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, this hotel features views of the Niagara Falls. It offers on-site dining, shopping, and spa treatments. The rooms boast a 37-inch flat-screen TV. It is a fantastic location for the wateralls, we can easliy see the waterfalls from window, and the night show also fantastic. It was quite cold when we were there, but with warm room and nice views, we were so enjoyed for this trip. Hotel is in a good center with many restaurants and entertainments. If we will go next time, will stay there surely.

Waterpark though not very large was a perfect size. Easy view of your family from the seating area if you don't want to get wet.

I changed our check in date and the manager and the lady at the front desk were so helpful in changing my booking

Niagara’s Only Fallsview Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of the tourist district of Niagara Falls and overlooking the Horseshoe Falls is connected to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Water Park. This Niagara Falls hotel features a contemporary restaurant, gym, free WiFi and newly renovated rooms. I had a king room with a window from floor to ceiling on the 12th floor, (last floor). I had a wonderful view of waterfalls for day and night wathing feireworks everyday at 10pm. Location was closed to all attractions. I didn't need a car, everything was in a walking distance.

Very good location. (stayed for 3 nights) The renovation is normal, no frills. I was not very interested in luxury comfort, since my goal was to see the waterfall and relax. Everything you need is in the room. air conditioning, clean bed linen, towels, hot/cold water (everything you need for life). Also a pleasant surprise was the pool, it is quite normal for swimming and relaxing without leaving the hotel grounds. Very good staff. For this price, this is a very good motel. Thank you.

Debra Kostuk was superb. She showed us other rooms for a future stay. She along with Greg helped to recommend such great things to do, as well as being very warm and friendly to the 4 of us. Also, Sim and David were always welcoming. All were attentive, always. We travel to Europe and use many hotels and I highly recommend this property. Everything was great. I put this in a class like the Enchantment Resort in Sedona. Your staff made our stay excellent .

Location was great to the Falls and to the Main Street of the city. Good amount of traffic into the casino / resort which gave some sense of security as well as liveliness.

The hotel has strong attractions of casino and resort. You may enjoy exciting various casino games at a huge clean safe game room, which is not my enjoyment, though. The hotel has wide free parking lot, which I used. The staff is generally friendly and supportive. The neighborhood is safe and this hotel is a walking or driving distance to the Niagara Falls and downtown. It has a beautiful view from my room. I think this is quite a convenient hotel.

Spacious room, 15 min walk to the fall and less than 10 min to skylon. Clean. Doesn’t give a luxury feel but for 4star hotel it was great.

The breakfast was continental so just coffee and muffins etc with some cereal and toast but it was free. We booked long ago for the eclipse and got a great rate per room which they honored no problem. Some people at other resorts were not so lucky. Room was clean and well kept. The breakfast room was a bit small but it was a huge occasion so no rooms left even.

The architecture is something I rarely comment on but this resort has beauty that was clearly very thoughtfully done. The rooms are updated and comfortable and I love the convenience of the location

I don't know why this motel has such a low rating, I think it's unfair. Often tourists expect from a cheap, simple and cozy place to stay at least the luxury level of an all inclusive hotel in Cancun. This motel has everything you need for a traveler: comfortable rooms with microwaves, fast internet, comfortable beds, polite staff. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Niagala Falls, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Let's add free parking for guests, which saves you a lot of hassle in this tourist city.
