Incredible location, great facilities and outstanding service from the staff (everywhere). Alondra at the front desk was just brilliant! We really enjoyed our stay.

During the transformation, guests can enjoy our beautiful interim Sixth-Floor Spa & Wellness Center, where we continue to offer a full menu of relaxing experiences. Love the location! You can see multiple islands from the resort. While having an oceanfront lunch we were greeted by two humpback whales breaching. Amazing experience!

We picked this hotel because another lady had left a review saying how her stay was so amazing it ruined other holidays for her and I completely agree and am so glad we went! The stargazing and the sound bath activities were SO wonderful and delivered by the best people!! Thank you!
