Staff was lovely too!

This beachfront hotel boasts an outdoor swimming pool with a cascading waterfall, 2 hot tubs, and a 250-foot heated seasonal lazy river. Fabulous stay at the Pensacola Beach. The rooms had a great view of the open ocean. The hotel is ideally located; walkable to lots of restaurants nearby like Flounders, Salt, Bonsai etc. that have great food options. The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The jacuzzis and pool area is great. The kids especially loved the facility to visit the pool areas of the adjoining properties on both sides. The staff was great; breakfast spread was scrumptious with loads of options to either go for the buffet or order off the menu. Easy drive to Destin - Big Kahuna's etc. Jet Ski, Golf cart rentals very close by too. We were even able to get some surfing lessons in from a shop nearby. Overall a great location and a grand stay. Would go back anytime!!

Everything from check-in to check-out was great...staff was fully informed and shared all the information adequately...the process was quick and the room condition excellent. Small issues were dealt with promptly and with positive results.
