Everything was excellent and friendly and from the doorman who opened our car door to the receptionist and gardeners, we were made to feel welcome and valued. Everything was clean and pristine and the facilities really reflected a family friendly atmosphere. For once, teens were not forgotten about! I wish more hotels catered for teenagers. The Waterpark access is what made this excellent value for money for one night and being able to use the park before check in and after check out made it worthwhile.

I wanted to share my experience of a touching service provided by the staff of Thai House Resort in huahin In the evening on 19/4, we had hired a car and had been driving along the highway heading to the resort, the car suddenly broken down without traffic accident. We seeked help via the phone of the Hire Car Company. Owing to language barrier, we came acrossed difficuities a lot and did not know how to do. Fortunately, we successful contact resort staff, Miss Chorthip immediately turned up for assistance. She arrived in a short while. Meanwhile, a volunteer police officer also attended for help by patrolling thereat. Miss Chorthip communicated with all parties concerned and solved all our problem. Also she accompanied us at highway for two hours until she could conveyed all of us back to the hotel. Miss Chorthip not only rendered her great help as well as demonstrated her professionalism. She said one phase word ' In Thailand, contrbition to society is our sprit' which made all of my friends unforgotable. ' The case impressed us so much and now we would like to convey our sincere appreciation to whom may concern regarding Miss Chorthip and the police officer.

Breakfast felt like a neigbourhood cafewith a small selection of estern and Asian dishes, barista coffee and a selection of juices. Easy to wind down in this atmosphere. Tiny bar adds to the hotel charm, prefect for an after dinner digestiv.
