Nice resort, bungalow clean, spaceous, well equipped, comfortable sleep, hot water in the shower, good working Wi-Fi. Various choices of breakfast. The top of it - the staff - excellent. We kindly asked the reception lady for help with finding a taxi that could take us to our next destination the next day. She found the taxi driver. We agreed upon the price. In an hour the lady knocked on our door to say that the driver is asking for additional payment on the top of agreed price. Then she dialed the phone number and talked to someone - we thought she tried to negotiate with the driver. Then she handed the phone to me. It was her manager. The manager lady apologized, saying that what the driver did was utterly unacceptable. She said that her company was going to sort out with someone else for agreed price. It wasn't their fault, they had nothing to apologize for - they just tried to help. I would recommend Wanathara resort to anyone. Nice place, nice people

Situated near beautiful Kangsong Waterfall, Rain Forest Resort offers comfortable accommodation.The resort is surrounded by National and Historical Parks of Northern Thailand. The breakfast was good. I like that the guests are able to choose between western and Thai breakfast. I like the fresh fruits that were included in the breakfast l I wish there is unlimited coffee.
