The staff (Kim, Pamela and the waiting team) had a very strong attention to detail and made sure guests were welcomed. Rooms were beautifully styled and very comfy. I loved the pool and vibe of the place and was a great place to relax. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. The location of the hotel is very good with lots of cafes and dining options in walking distance and is away from the noise of the main General Luna area. Cloud 9 is 5 mins away by tuktuk or bike. One small thing to improve might be having thicker blinds or curtains in the room as it gets light very early at 5.30am and there was a top window that lets in all the light. The hotel does kindly provide eye masks, but it could do with some extra blackout so you're not disturbed so early.

The owners Gina and Issy were awesome and the staff were legends. It was a quiet beach front spot and only a quick bike in to town! So you really got the best of both worlds.

We loved everything about this place. The location was superb, on a beautiful beach. The garden was beautiful and well kept. The rooms very spacious and clean, with all amenities. The restaurant serves excellent food and wines. The owners and staff are all wonderful people.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had and I’d say I’m a frequent traveller! Great room, fridge and purified water available, good airco. Pool is lovely. Good breakfast options. Personnel was absolutely amazing and so friendly!

The Hotel is amazing and my room was the biggest room I have ever had, with own terrace. The Pool was amazing and if I played Golf I would have done it but I don‘t play. I stayed there for 4 nights and I just left the Hotel for a Landtour but honestly if you like it quite and don‘t need to Party you don‘t have to leave the Hotel. You have everything, Pool, Bar and Restaurant! Only the Price is a Bit high but I think if you want a clean and good Hotel you Thais normal in Siargao. By the way for me Siargao is a Bit overrated 😉 The staff was very, very friendly, especially Rose, the Young receptionist is so Sweet!! And Dave, the Young guy also! Designed with modern Filipino vernacular architecture, Harana Surf Resort offers beachfront accommodation in General Luna, 110 metres from Cloud 9 at Tuazon Point. The resort offers water sports facilities and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Everything! This resort is the cleanest and nicest place I've stayed in a long time, they will change the bed sheets every two days and clean the entire room every morning. I definitely also love the integration of a surf school at Harana which makes everything so much smoother. Jessica the reception manager is the best, rarely have I ever met such a competent and nice manager that helped and cared for all my problems :) Pro Tip: Don't mind the price too much bc you'll get an amazing breakfast included!
