The hotel staff really helped us to deal with this situation and even changed us to another cabin. Everything was easy there.

The resort is located on a small beach where there are only a couple of other resorts, it is so quiet and peaceful and just beautiful. Shy organized our transfer from Puerto Princesa and boat transfer to the resort from port barton and also transfer to El Nido. She also can help with activities and suggestions. As the property is recent, they do not have a restaurant yet but you have free coffee and tea and there is another resort just next door where the food is excellent. It is a true paradise for anyone who enjoys peace and nature in a remote location yet where there is everything that you need. Thank you Shy and family for everything
