Food at breakfast and the onsite restaurant was seriously good. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area as well as the room is in great shape.

The hotel is located near the Loboc river with stunning natural surroundings. The pool was good, and the staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. Also, the firefly watching and stand-up paddleboarding activities were truly amazing.

Our bag got (very) delayed and was finally delivered ~5am on the day that we needed the dive equipment inside. We were also unsure about the 2nd half of the trip because we haven’t dove as much. The owners are very accommodating and have many useful information and recommendations. We loved the dog too. Thank you!

HIGALA Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a bar and shared lounge in Panglao. With free WiFi, this 3-star resort offers a shared kitchen and valet parking. Absolutely wonderful experience, made our trip to bohol perfect. The scooter we rented worked great at a fair price, the hosts Peter and Anna were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would certainly come back next time we’re in bohol.
