Every room has a nice bungalow with a nice view on the swimming pool. The city and the beach are super close by foot or by tuktuk! the staff was super nice and helpful!

We absolutely loved this place — every detail reflects the owner’s love and respect for nature and animals, beautifully expressed throughout the resort. I’d definitely go back and stay even longer next time. The food is amazing, and the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! The staff is lovely 💕💕💕

The staff and restaurant and room and bed were excellent!!!! The property and room were very clean. 24-hour guard. restaurant food was amazing!!! Excellent Bed!!! Will definitely stay again!!! Also experienced diving for the first time. Our dive instructor Jim and other crew with Haka dive company were so patient and accommodating!!!

Providing a bar, the property is located within 11 km of Hinagdanan Cave. The accommodation features room service, and currency exchange for guests. Property was pretty small, but you get there all you need, mini bar in the rooms where full, prices were regular almost like in the store, pool was great, used couple of times in the evening. Rooms was with a good a/c, clean. For the money value is more than you need you get here! The house owner was really nice, helpes with everything, to call a tricycle, to rent a bike witch was transported to property. Also speaks great english! Highly recommend for everyone!

This resort was amazing and perfect for our family with two small children. Personally, my experience of this place was of a five-star resort because of the amenities, the views, the room and the customer service. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The pool was so great that we did not spend much time at the beach despite the beach being only a 1 minute walk from the resort. The pool area also had a kids section and a spa. Some features worth mentioning are: - we were in room 304 which had a perfect view of the pool and beach. - thick double glazed windows meant that we couldn't hear much of the pool noise. - A great breakfast buffet spread. Offerings of traditional filipino dishes and non-filipino dishes - Great resort restauarant. The menu identified which meals had gluten, meat, etc. - a nearby quiet beach which is much less crowded than Alona beach. - daily room clean available. - in house laundry available, but pricey. There is a local laundry near the 7eleven which is so much cheaper, and they provide same day service. - airport pickup and drop off available for a fee. - life guards at the pool. - food and drinks service available at the pool. - complimentary pool towels available. - Queen beds are super comfortable. - there are a handful of near by restaurants within the Moadto complex. - nearby 7eleven to get bottled water chocolates, etc. - ATM available. - the fireworks during NYE was very impressive

The property is non-smoking inside the rooms and is set 9 km from Alona Beach. We spent 3 unforgettable nights at Peter and Ana’s guesthouse, and the experience exceeded all our expectations! Staying with them feels like visiting friends abroad—they do everything to make you feel at home. The room is surprisingly spacious, much larger than the usual standards in the Philippines, and equipped with everything you need: a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a cozy veranda to relax. The pool is large and inviting, perfect for a refreshing swim. Breakfast in the morning is truly delicious, and there’s also a fridge where you can buy beers and soft drinks. You can rent excellent scooters on-site, which allowed us to explore the famous Chocolate Hills and visit the nearby Tarsiers. I also have to mention Nero, the sweetest dog in the world, who made our stay even more special. And of course, Peter deserves a big shoutout—he is a fantastic host, with whom we had a great conversation, and he even took us to Alona Beach. Personally, this is exactly why I prefer guesthouses like this over resorts or big hotels. An authentic and warm experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home!
