We met Raj, Anushan, safan, Hassan and Prashanthi. They all went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Thank you all.❤️

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, room service and currency exchange for guests. Spacious and clean room with a big balcony, very quiet and peaceful. Just a 3-minute walk to Uppuveli Beach. The caretaker was very helpful, let us use the kitchen, and laundry service is available. The property is newly built and has only been operating for about 2 months, so everything feels fresh and well maintained. Close to the beach but far enough to avoid the noise of late-night parties.

Guest rooms include a wardrobe. Everything! Secluded, far from the city. We were a bit worried it is far from city center but ended up staying on the property for whole 3 days without leaving at all. Amazing room, private empty beach. Building is beautiful, spacious and very well designed. Your eyes will be resting wherever you look. Staff is super attentive and takes care of anything sometimes before you know you want it. The food is delicious, pricy compared to Sri Lanka but definitely worth the value. Mutton biriyani was out of this world. We were in a low season and there was only 6-10 guests in the hotel. Altogether about 15 rooms on the property. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! Worth every rupee

Elena’s was the best! Perfect sized rooms, lovely bathrooms, great air con and wifi. Little hammocks out the front of your place and a beautiful 1 min walk to the beach. We realised it was way better than staying on the beach for us because was it was so quiet at night, but you’re still practically beachfront. We extended our stay 2 times, to stay at Elena’s and in Trincomalee in general. Elena and all staff were so helpful and accommodating for whatever we needed (tuk tuk, a late night beer, extra bedding and even offered me a yoga mat!) Already dreaming of coming back here! Thanks so much Elena and co!!! Also Hawaii snack bar at the end of the street on the beach is another place we’ll dream about till we die, must eat there everyday :)
