The caretaker was very helpful, let us use the kitchen, and laundry service is available. The property is newly built and has only been operating for about 2 months, so everything feels fresh and well maintained. Close to the beach but far enough to avoid the noise of late-night parties.

Only the luxury villa was available for the remaining days, and the hotel kindly offered us a generous discount. The location is perfect—right by the beach with soft, clean sand. The pool is fantastic, and there’s a lovely garden area where you can relax on swan floats under the trees. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food, and the cocktail bar was a true highlight—something that’s often missing in Sri Lanka. A truly unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!
