Fantastic service and a gorgeous room. The room was big and the pool was beautiful. Really nice, private grounds with a buggy if you would prefer not to walk to and from the common areas. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mirissa Reef Serenity and I must say, it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the host, David, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. His warm and friendly demeanor instantly put us at ease, and we knew we were in for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is relatively new, and it's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into every detail. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The quality of the bathrooms was particularly impressive, with modern fixtures and luxurious amenities. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, especially for those who love surfing. Situated in front of a reef, it's perfect for advanced surfers looking for a challenge. Additionally, there is a stunning snorkeling spot just a short walk down the beach, where you can explore the vibrant marine life to your heart's content. One thing to note is that while the hotel is in front of the reef, you can't swim directly in front of the property. You'll need to walk a bit further down the beach and navigate some rocks, so I would recommend bringing water shoes for added comfort. The energy at Mirissa Reef Serenity is truly special, and a large part of that is thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. In fact, they were the friendliest staff we encountered during our entire two-week trip. David, who is French, brings a touch of Western style to the breakfast offerings, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We visited the hotel with our six-year-old son, and it was a hit with the whole family. We had a fantastic time spotting wild animals in the reef and during our snorkeling adventures. Overall, our stay at Mirissa Reef Serenity was nothing short of perfect. From the welcoming atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Located in Weligama, Weligama Temple Tree has a garden and free WiFi. All rooms boast a private bathroom. The rooms also have a terrace. Guest rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area. We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The owner is absolutely amazing—he speaks excellent English, is available 24/7, and is always ready to help with any issue. His hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. The location is perfect—just **2 minutes from the beach**! The rooms are **clean, comfortable, and well-equipped** with a **powerful AC and a ceiling fan** that worked perfectly. The **bed was so soft**—we fell asleep instantly every night! The **on-site restaurant** serves **delicious food and great coffee**—we enjoyed every meal. We were **extremely satisfied** with our stay and will **definitely come back**! Highly recommend this place to everyone. **Thank you for such a wonderful experience!** 😊

Situated in the Mirissa Beach district in Mirissa, 500 metres from Whale Watching Mirissa, Resort of Happiness features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property and views of... This was probably the best place to stay in the entire Srí Lanka. The room was quite big with a balcony and stunning sunset views and garden. I really appreciate multiple sockets as in some other places I have encountered only one socket, which was really bad to charge multiple electronic devices. The location is perfect, it's close to the beach and town center. The hospitality of the owner was amazing. She brought me 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. I will miss those breakfasts so much. I recommend staying in this place so bad that I wish to come back.

My time at Cale Weligama was exceptional from start to finish. The room was remarkably spacious, and designed with a sense of calm luxury that made it effortless to unwind. What truly distinguished my stay, however, was the level of service. The concierge team was outstanding, consistently attentive without ever being intrusive. A heartfelt thank you to Brenden, who was an absolute standout. He anticipated my needs with such ease that it felt as though he was thinking on my behalf, allowing me to simply relax and savour the beauty of the hotel.
