Private , secluded area. The owners picked us up with a jeep, organized a jungle tour for us and gave us a ride as well. The family is incredibly hard working and polite, they try their best to accommodate our wishes. The food is amazing. No AC but it wasn't necessary as it was pretty cool at night.

This was the most beautiful place I stayed at in Sri Lanka, the amenities and staff were excellent and very accommodating. I even extended my stay for an extra night. Location was great, being just a 4 minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets are right across the street as well. In addition the room was clean and very comfortable, I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend the stay!

Located in Weligama, Weligama Temple Tree has a garden and free WiFi. All rooms boast a private bathroom. The rooms also have a terrace. Guest rooms at the resort are equipped with a seating area. We loved our stay at Temple Tree. We were welcomed with a coconut which was really sweet. The owners are really friendly and keen to help with whatever. Everything was really easy to reach (we rented a scooter which we can also recommend), it’s perfectly located next to Weligama beach where all the surf is happening and close to Midigama where we liked to hang out and swim at beautiful beaches. The room is very clean and big, bathrooms also very nice and modern :) 10/10 can recommend!

Situated in the Mirissa Beach district in Mirissa, 500 metres from Whale Watching Mirissa, Resort of Happiness features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property and views of... Beautiful sea breeze, although the hotel is back from the beach and the main road so it was very quiet. There were some ants getting into the balcony and the room, and the staff came and cut down a branch from an overhanging tree (the ants' highway!) and put down some ant powder.
