Mr. Laksiri, as the manager was always present to ensure high quality along with young and capable front desk staff including Ashen. Mr. Pradeep made sure all housekeeping needs were satisfied. The pool man (forgot his name) became a friend. And, Chef Lalith was the star for us with his Michelin-caliber clean kitchen, prompt staff, and food that will make us come back for sure. Having stayed in numerous places around the world, this one really touched our hearts and easily became a home for 4 days. Thanks to all.

We've stayed with a group of five people from 1 to 11 May. Senaka, the owner of the villa, made our holiday as comfortable and safe as possible. The villa has everything you need for your stay, fabulous breakfasts, swimming pool. Everything is kept clean and tidy. Really liked Senaka's focus on making sure the guests enjoyed their stay and wanted to come back to Sri Lanka again. We booked transfers to and from the airport and drove to nearby attractions. We were also helped to organise a surprise dinner with a grill, cake, balloons and flowers for our friend. Definitely recommend this option for a quality holiday!

Last time, I stayed in a private pool villa. Since I traveled alone this time, I chose a standard room. The room size is quite small but still suitable for a solo traveler. I encountered an issue 15 minutes after check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I particularly liked my room because it faced the beach. As I mentioned, the issue I had was addressed promptly, and the key person responsible was the very professional Guest Relations Executive, Ms. Tharindi. She is welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. The main reason I am giving a 10/10 rating is because of her outstanding service and quick resolution of my concern. Every morning, she checks in with guests to ensure their comfort, which I truly appreciate. Having worked in the service industry for the past 12 years, I know how important this level of care is. Ms. Tharindi, you are a valuable asset to this property. Once again, thank you for making my stay at Avani so memorable. I would also like to thank the Front Office Manager, Mr. Jayantha, and the Executive Housekeeper, Mr. Eric, who personally met with me and resolved the issue. Additionally, my gratitude goes to the room attendant who kept my room impeccably clean.

The management was totally in control of staff and was so helpful for Us.
