Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. The perfect place. ✨☀️ That staff is very kind, always tanking care of what we need. It was my birthday and they had a little happy birthday flute show to us when we arrived. The food was perfect, tasty and they were careful with the chili aside. Very good breakfast. The pool was clean and refreshing. The garden is very beautiful with the facilities to rest, and with birds singing. We went for a little ride to the beach in the afternoon on the tuktuk and we were able to see some local animals, with all the explanation about them. And in the evening a Kottu dinner with a fire and tradicional dancing show, we loved it.

The place is like a dream We took the room with the private pool, it was beautiful and private The massages were great U will get a private beach because it is so isolated The staff is amazing and the owner is a great person Already want to return to another vacation there

Very friendly host, very quiet, away from massive tourism, cozy and clean. Nice interior in the room, small but also nice outside territory of the hotel. 3-4 minutes walk from the beach. Beach is almost empty (no people). It’s cool to have long walks on it. Breakfasts are nice, brought to you right to the table on your personal terrace. Lunches and dinners can be provided at the few nearby restaurants, which were also very nice and cozy. You can also visit turtles every evening around 8:30 PM, the host can kindly help you arrange it.

A very welcoming reception by the hosts after a rather long trip (26 h). The staff, from the extremely kind Tila and Santa to the waiters and kitchen personnel, gave a golden feel to our stay. WIFI was good, food was very good, especially the tuna and the breakfast, the pool was very clean holding around 30 degrees and the beach was fantastic for early morning walks. The hosts are offering all kinds of excursions but we intended to just chill out by the pool and onto the beach at their private sun chairs. However, they easily booked a car for us to get back to the airport, which was very convenient. The evenings at dusk was a highlight from our balcony for spotting the wildlife. There are only four villas so it never feels cramped, no need for reserving a sunbed early in the morning :) Thanks again for a memorable (short) vacation!

Where do I begin to describe paradise? I am so glad I booked into Leopard Reach as my base for the Yala National Park because I had a truly unforgettable taste of luxury in the jungle. I loved it so much, I stayed two nights. This is a truly special place, with only a few tent-lodges. In fact, I was the only guest on the property, and was treated like a queen. The interior of my room was top quality, with all amenities. And the private mini pool on the terrace was extremely welcome. On both nights I had an exceptional dinner; the first night consisted of a Sri Lankan curry with so many lovely dishes, and the second was an al fresco BBQ, prepared just for me. Breakfast was served on my private terrace. I cannot speak highly enough of Fonseka, the General Manager (the quintessential host) and his trusty team of Randika (what a great guy), Lakruwan (who makes the place run like clockwork) and Kasun (the Chef). Thanks a million.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The atmosphere was remarkable, immediately making us feel relaxed upon our arrival. The hotel's architecture was stunning, and the well-maintained swimming pool offered breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly attentive, quickly addressing all our requests with a smile. To top it all off, the dinner buffet was exceptional, featuring a fantastic selection of delicious dishes. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

This was one of our favorite homestays in Sri Lanka. We booked last minute after a different local hotel cancelled the night before and we're so glad we ended up staying here. There seemed to be 4 rooms, each with a gorgeous view of the lake with large private balconies that had comfy chairs for relaxing in. The rooms were absolutely huge and pristine and had massive comfy beds and plenty of space for hanging clothes. We really appreciated having the fridge, and though there are only small local shops near by the manager sold us bottles of beer from the restaurant that we stored in the fridge and had on the balcony in the evening. Bliss! We also liked the spacious bathroom. The buildings are located in the most lush gardens which are very well maintained by a very smiley, friendly man. The Gardens are also hosts to a beautiful family of grey faced langurs (the nice kind of monkey), chipmunks and so many species of bird it was hard to keep count. A favorite activity was bird watching from the balcony in the early morning. Breakfast was in a raised platform that overlooked the lake and gardens and was so tranquil. We really enjoyed the fresh juice and fruit platters. The location of the accommodation is just a 5 minute walk from the beaches and the manager shared his whatsapp details and was helpful with booking tuktuks and turtle tours. There were peddle bikes available free to use and also kayaks for the lake. We had hired a tuktuk and this area was perfect for learning how to drive it, with long very quiet roads. On the odd occasion we couldn't start the tuktuk the manager was very helpful and supportive and got it started for us without us really having to ask. We didn't catch his name, but the manager was a gem and so very helpful. We only wish we could have stayed here longer! The local village is very quiet and peaceful, so this is the perfect location to really chill and enjoy nature and the slow pace of local life.

Staying here was one of the best decisions I made on my Sri Lanka trip. Priyanthi went above and beyond to help me plan my days in Tangalle (scooter hire, tuk tuk help, turtle viewing), and cooked some of the best food I've had so far in Sri Lanka - all from scratch. Breakfast and dinner were both exceptional. The room was clean, bed comfortable and supportive, and general vibe very relaxed. I suggest other travellers choose All Views - Rekawa Beach is very chilled (Tangalle is much more "touristy"), the hotel itself is great, and Priyanthi brings everything together. I would love to come back.
