I was given a beautiful floral necklace and took part in a lighting ritual. The staff were all amazing, very kind and nothing was too much trouble. I wasn't sure what to expect from the treatments, but I enjoyed the consultations and the massages were amazing. The Ayurveda approach was interesting and logical. I had the best one to one yoga class I have probably had in my life. The food was just outstanding, some of the best food I have had. The chef spoke with me every day asking questions on likes and dislikes. Dr. Anila led two meditation sessions with me and I've struggled to meditate in the past, but these sessions were enjoyable and enlightning. A truly memorable experience.

Continental and à la carte breakfast options are available every morning at the resort. We actually stayed here twice as we liked it so much, in the villa at the bottom and room on the first floor. Both were excellent and I would recommend to anyone that they should stay here. The rooms are clean large and have good facilities. The woman that runs it is so kind she waited up very late not knowing my arrival time to ensure I got into my room.
