It was exceptional. The staff was professional and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The whole resort was clean, spacious and beautifully designed. It's located in a small forest with butterflies, pheasants, a variety of wild birds and cute chickens. You can take a walk, play badminton, go to the nearby lake or visit the temples in anuradhapura or mihintale - it's very close. The hosts can arrange tours as well - we went to Anuradhapura with a guide and it was very fun and a fair price. Also the food: try the Sri Lankan breakfast it's delicious! We loved the tree house - it was so relaxing when it was rainy. They even offered room service. :) long story short - a must stay. Ps: please note that there is nature around. It's a tree house in a jungle-like forest. There are occasionally frogs and other visitors on your terrace. We loved it though.

It was pouring rain the day I arrived, so parked myself at the spa for 3 hours and had by far the best Ayurvedic treatments I had on my entire trip. Overall accommodations and spa were a luxurious experience that didn't break the bank.

Levona Garden Resort is located in Habarana, 1.2 km from Habarana Lake and 15 km from Ritigala Forest Monastery. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. All of our stay. The location & one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in. Bteakfast & Dinner were superb cooked by mum with such care & attention.. Comfortable, clean & lovely pool. The real plus were the people. Dulshan & his brother Yashmika were such fantastic hosts. Organising trips & travel, keeping us refreshed with Lion Beer &just being so helpful. Always with a smile & a laugh. Just a mention to their great dog Rexxie. She filled the abscence of our own hound. Overall such a great experience. If you coming to visit the great sites then stay here you wont be disappointed.

We loved staying in this relaxing and beautifully landscaped resort. All the staff worked hard to make it the perfect stay, and nothing was too much trouble. They helped with a packed breakfast for our Wilpattu safari, arranged drivers for various activities and a guided local walk around the village. The food was amazing - quality local produce served beautifully presented, and options included dining Al fresco in the pavilion, truly magic! The swimming pool is fabulous, the location rural and peaceful, while the city centre is only a short ride away. We also enjoyed some excellent bird watching at the resort which overlooks rice fields
