Going to sleep at night was blissful listening to the sounds of the forest. Chilling out here is so easy, but book early as there are currently only three lodges. Highly recommended.

I like the many large glass windows that offer view of the trees, branches and leaves. It gives a feeling of living in the tree and a sense of peace with the birds tweeting and the occasional chipmunk scampering by. The chef is a good cook and whipped up excellent dishes nicely presented and served by the waiters. Sandun cleans the room well. The bed is comfortable. The whole premises is well-kept. As ususal, the host, Mr. Ajith, was welcoming. The manager Samee was always concerned and asking about the welfare of the guests.

The food was amazing - quality local produce served beautifully presented, and options included dining Al fresco in the pavilion, truly magic! The swimming pool is fabulous, the location rural and peaceful, while the city centre is only a short ride away. We also enjoyed some excellent bird watching at the resort which overlooks rice fields
