Good breakfast - choice of eggs or pancakes and buffet with meats, cheeses, pastries. Dinners were very nice at the hotel with a set three course meal. Excellent wines for a good price. Staff were friendly. Good location - halfway between Florence and Pisa. We were able to do day trips to these locations. Still nestled away in Tuscan hills for quiet and peace. Things to be aware of - dirt road leading to the house. Would be difficult to access without a car. Some bugs and things in the room which would be expected for agrotourism. Overall not a major issue.

The location is beautiful, offering a sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness and services are excellent, the breakfast is healthy and delicious, and the beds are very comfortable.

We planned to arrive around 7pm and enjoy dinner on our first night in Italy. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am. I had let them know and they assured me it was no problem and they sent easy to follow directions knowing it would be late and we would be tired. We were greeted warmly despite the late hour. The best morning we had the best breakfast of the trip in their lovely garden. The only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, rooms location, and especially the wonderful staff.
