Pula is a fantastic place, and the host gave us recommendations for a few great restaurants.

Cervo Hotel Costa Smeralda Resort offers a wide variety of sports and leisure facilities that are available from May to September, including a tennis court, a gym with outdoor swimming pool and a wellness centre. Room was great, breakfast too. Best thing, though, was location. Cervo Hotel was one of the first structures to be built in Porto Cervo and lies at the heart of Porto Cervo. Nice bonus was access to private beach via hotel boat.

You should book a one-day trip with a skipper to visit the beautiful beaches (€330 for two) nearby, they are absolutely amazing (Cala Goloritze, Cala Mariolu, etc.).
