It was truly an unique experience to stay overnight in the ex-convent. It is only several minutes from city center, yet It is so quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and had all we needed to make meal. Great supermarket and restaurants nearby. We managed the buses that stopped just outside and ferries pretty well from the nearby village. Pool was cold and refreshing. Views were amazing of course. I dream to come back to lake como someday!

The hotel is run by a very nice family, very helpful and cooperative. very clean; all facilities are available. it is a shame that it is rated 3 stars; it should be 4 or 4.5 stars..i was upgraded to a better rome ; spacious without me asking. very thanks to them. The breakfast was great; the hosts arranged for taking us to the bus station with their car. very kind of them. i will sure come back again.
