Hosts were exceptional...they go beyond to care for their guests. We had car problems and they were very understanding and accommodating ! Wished we had more time at this wonderful accommodation, to further experience it's fabulous onsite restaurant and private beach across the street with beautiful mountain views overlooking Bellagio. Highly recommend...do yourself a favor book this Guesthouse to boost your Lake Como experience !!

Apartment was good prepared for the guests. Our Host prepared nice and useful note about apartment itself and surrounding (views, stores, restaurants etc.) From our perspective place contains everything we need +. Our host was very nice and responsive, so we never felt like being alone with our questions. Thank you Fabrizio for everything! The restaurant is fantastic! Complete, healthy, and tasty food. Our room was beautifully decorated with all the comfort one can hope for. Everybody working at this beautiful hotel is nice and efficient. This place must be idyllic in the spring and summer.

Excellent location . Had a very pleasant stay . Clean and fully furnished with kitchen and automatic curtains. Liked the decor and lay out. Not that easy to locate the suites ( it is actually behind Hotel Barchetta, a hotel staff had kindly guided us there) Very nice hostess gave helpful introduction on the apartment . A supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. We were happy breakfast was provided at restaurant just downstairs. :)

Very clean and modern. A spacious apartment with loads of storage space and one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away. What can I say - if you are ever in the area you really should stay at this gorgeous little B&B run by Stefano and his wife! We had a wonderful stay here for three nights, and were very happy with everything. Nice, air conditioned room, a beautiful terrace to sunbathe on (and also to eat a great breakfast). We also opted to eat in the home restaurant two evenings and it did not disappoint - Stefano did a wonderful job of hosting us and serving us delicious food and wine. Easiest access to this property is by car (or motorbike as we had), but if needed there is a bus service that goes down to Faggeto Lario and Torno, where you can easily switch to another for Como or Bellagio if you wish to do a trip without car. It is also possible to walk down to the Faggeto Lario beach, takes about 35-40 min, but keep in mind it is very steep. We walked down and took the bus back up. Thank you for having us Stefano and for all the valuable tips of things to see and do in the area. We really had a wonderful stay!
