The best part was the awesome location of the hotel which was besides the river. You can hear the sound of water flowing even from your room and sitting in the balcony is a bliss. You can also go and sit alongside the river and spend hours without distraction. The staff was super courteous and I appreciate all of them, especially Praticksha.

We booked the suite, and it was a very beautiful and comfortable room. The entire resort is thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. The food was absolutely delicious. During our stay, my child fell sick, and we were quite worried since Pelling is a small place. However, the hotel staff provided exceptional support. They arranged a chauffeur and a car to take us to the pharmacy, completely free of cost. I was truly amazed by their care, support, and outstanding hospitality.

Narsing Village is a perfect getaway who want to unwind in the lap of nature. Get up early & if you are lucky you will see the grand Mt Kanchenjunga in all its beauty from this resort. We visited in 2nd week of April & found lovely flowers all over, some beautiful birds & amazing sounds of nature. The remoteness of this resort makes it even better as you are away from the crowd & just be yourself. Staff is very helpful & supportive to all your needs. Food was good and well prepared & we got piping hot water for bath (The night we stayed there was heavy rainfall & there was no Power).

The location is though 30 mins away from Gangtok, yet it is a personal preference as I prefer the calmness and nature around the hotel than the hustle bustle of Gangtok.Rooms come with balcony and give you awesome views. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and will a step further to meet your demands. Excellent property!

Excellent hospitality with very helpful staff. Overall, it was a wonderful family stay. Bed warmers were provided to keep the beds comfortably heated, in addition to the blower. We truly enjoyed our stay.
