Loved the breakfast here with great selection and quality, the location is nice as it's a bit out of the way which means you don't hear alot of the traffic throughout the night. Staff are also accodating. Nice Gym and pool also

The breakfast was fantastic in a very large area with a great selection. Less than 5% of the tables were used while we were there from 9am to 10am. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushroom and they had to go and cut up mushrooms but were happy to do so. Our room was on the 20th floor and provided all we needed. They had a bar where we were able to buy a beer.

Stayed at Akar one night with family. Pleasantly suprised by the overall quality. The common areas and rooms were clean and well-maintained, though not brand new - you can tell the hotel has seen some time, but everything was still good conditions. The pool area was especially nice and inviting, perfect for relaxing, The staff were exceptionally helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant - tasty and well- prepared. Overall Akar offers excellent value for money. A solid choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Bandar Lampung.

Amazing location directly in front of the beach, with no one else around. Very peaceful and quite homestay with only 2 rooms. The deck to watch the waves is super cosy and perfect for a morning coffee and afternoon nap. The hosts are really nice and helpful, always having nice recommandations. A kitchen is available to cook your own food and there is free coffee and water. Don’t forget to try the delicious breakfast prepared by the host and say yes to a massage, that was lovely !!!
