Absolutely loved my stay at this stunning 5-star hotel in the heart of Malang! 🌟 Despite being a small city, everything you need is just a stone's throw away, and taxi rides are a blast. Plus, breakfast offered a fantastic variety that catered to all tastes. I even transformed the massive 65-inch TV into a laptop monitor, allowing me to work remotely from the comfort of my bed—it was such a fun experience! The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

The hostess kindness was extraordinary and also her cooking skills were fantastic. We enjoyed every minute and when we had a problem she stood by our side and helped us through it. Extremely close to a big mall and many restaurants, the hotel has two good restaurants itself, very clean room, beautiful garden and old-school decorations, very nice staffs. I left early for airport so the hotel has prepared A LOT OF FOOD for me! Just wonderful!
