I will absolutely visit again. Lovely resort surrounded by beautiful gardens. Room and the trerrace were very well maintained and clean. I really enjoyed spending the time at the terrace. Food at the restaurant was so good. Yoga class requested for 5am was so memorable, looking at the sky between night and morning, listening to the sounds from the nature. (Thank the yoga teacher for accepting the request for the class early in the morning) Staff's response was very fast whenever I requested something via whatsapp. Erika at the front desk, and the driver, Augustina, their reception was impressive.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. That was a great place to stay. The hotel is huge. I stayed there for 5 days and didn't even visit all the places. The service is fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. I felt like a VIP guest from the first minute of my stay. There's a restaurant on site, where you can buy lunches and dinners from the menu. The prices are higher than usual on Bali, but it wasn't that critical. They also serve part of the menu to your room, as well as to any of swimming pools. That was a great option as I would usually have lunch on my sun bed. The swimming pools are great. They have a few, and they are never overcrowded. I especially enjoyed the one that is really deep. I used their spa for the pregnancy massage and enjoyed it as well. I also was working online during my stay at this hotel. The internet was great for video calls, I never had any issues.

This was hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, and I couldn’t believe it was complimentary! The pancakes were amazing, and the fresh-made juices were a perfect start to the day. We loved the restaurant so much that we ate there throughout our stay at the villas. The staff were incredibly professional, polite, and always attentive, quickly providing fresh towels or anything else we needed. A lovely bonus was how amenable they were—they even let us borrow a scooter for a quick 5-minute trip to a nearby shop when it was pouring rain so we didn't get soaked, free of charge. They also were great at sending us a Whatsapp beforehand so we could arrange transportation to and from the ferry which definitely made things a lot easier. As an active couple, we appreciated the thoughtful touches like yoga mats, which allowed us to work out either on our porch or on the grassy area on sunny days. The pool was beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was also a relief to stay in a spot that was spotless and completely bug-free—unlike anywhere else we stayed during our trip to Bali (Ubud, Uluwatu, Seminyak, Nusa Penida). Highly recommend this place for anyone planning their next adventure to Nusa Penida! :)

The spa marvelous - best massage I’ve had in my life. I even went 3 times. Breakfast is delicious so is the Chinese restaurant. Pool is great and really loved their amenities at the beach - which is a short drive from the hotel and leaves every hour.
