Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests.
We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks.
The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered.
Bravo to you guys.
I will see you next year.

Rooms were really quiet and kept very clean. Had great view of the beach and sea.
Staff were excellent especially Lito on the reception who assisted us to contact the Town Hall regarding a Tablet we lost at Airport on a previous visit to the island.
We are definitely going to re-book for next year.

The house looks plain in the photo, but in reality it is a designer villa with two bathrooms and parking right outside the door. Kitchen with everything you need, smart TV, patio with sun loungers. Lots of space and volume. Contactless check-in. The hostess is very nice and in touch.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel. Very comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection and ample free parking space in garage and street. Short walk to Shopping Centre and Marina Restaurants. Staff were very helpful. Entire resort is very clean, including room.

We enjoyed the fact that even though the property was fully booked, you rarely saw another person at the resort. Therefore, giving a vibe of peacefulness. We enjoyed the fact that the property was kept with a traditional, rustic design. We liked that the location was in the middle of the island, this meant that we could travel everywhere via car without it being too far.

Beautiful hotel and resort. I travelled with 3 kids between 5-11 and it was brilliant. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Food was great. And I liked that you could get snack food and slushies etc as part of the all inclusive throughout the day in between meals.
