He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. His friendly demeanor and professionalism really made a positive impact on my overall impression of the hotel. Another highlight of my stay was the animation team, particularly Alina, Yana, and Mo. They were truly amazing, organizing fun activities and entertainment for guests throughout the day. Their enthusiasm and energy were infectious, and they made sure that everyone had a great time during their stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Pickalbatros Laguna Club hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The excellent service provided by Mostafa and the fantastic animation team truly enhanced my stay and made it a memorable one.

We recently stayed at the White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheik and I must say, it was a truly magnificent experience! The resort is nestled in a serene and tranquil location, providing the perfect escape from the bustling city life. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Shady, the bartender. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable time at the resort. With his warm smile, friendly demeanor, and exceptional mixology skills, Shady truly made our stay unforgettable. Additionally, we have to give a special shoutout to Oscar from the animation team. He made the nightlife truly come alive, taking us clubbing and showing us the best spots in the city. Cheers buddy! We also have to mention the fantastic service we received from the legends who drove us around the resort in a golf cart. They were always prompt, friendly, and made getting around the resort a breeze. Boshä, what a guy! Overall, we highly recommend the White Hills Resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Staff were very friendly. Food was delicious, everyone could find something their taste. Room was clean, towels were changed daily. Lots of adult and children programs were during the day. Beach is close to the hotel, use elevator instead of stears.

The breakfast was really nice. But the new restaurant Bullona was amazing. It was like you are not in Egypt. The service was really good and cannot be compared to any other restaurants in the resort. Also the food was amazing and the vibe was really nice. Only restaurant in Egypt that had actually good food and you felt like you are having dinner in some fine dine restaurant in Europe! Very good job. The beach area was nice and we really like the newer part of the resort!
