Puk and all the staff are amazing. Our flight got delayed, and they were waiting for us at the pier to help us with our bags and find our way late at night. They managed to secure the entire building for our family with just a booking for one room. Not only were we granted an early check-in and late check-out free of charge, but all the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks to Omnia and Dina at the front desk for their exceptional service. A shoutout to Marina at breakfast for her warm smiles and top-notch service. Well done team. The owner or management should know that they have truly made this hotel a 5-star establishment!

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!
