Personnel was warm and nice Hegazy helped me all the time that I needed with taxis, boats and also he took us on the boat to visit the places near to the Nile that we wanted..I recommend this place 100%. There are also nice restaurants around ans very close to the dock.

The staff were all lovely, the place was clean and the restaurant/lounge area was excellent. We had delicious food and shisha in the evenings with an incredible view. The breakfast which was included in the price was one of the best we had in Egypt.

I liked EVERYTHING, the hotel is beautiful and in a local village and is the best experience, is in front of the nile and you have beautiful views, the food is delicious, the room clean and comfortable, but something special about this hotel is the staff specially Hamo and Padro, they always helped me with everything, transfers, tours, doubts and everything I definitely will come back again :)

The room is big, clean and the view from our balcony is amazing. Home made breakfast is good. The owner and staffs were so kind, they had good arrangement for us to visit the Temple and travel to another City. We felt so warm.
