Best part of our stay, two dinners & one lunch we had at King Jamaica restaurant, on River, where the jetty lands for the island ie 10 mts walk. superb Nile views, great Fish & succulent beef meals. No alchohol, value for money, great music.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our honeymoon special with a thoughtful gesture. The room was very spacious and tastefully furnished. Cool balcony with a view of the Lake. On checking in, we were upgraded to have breakfast included - this was great as it cost around $30 each. The breakfast buffet had a great variety to suit all tastes. Would definitely stay again if we could afford to!

Very good location, quiet and beautiful. There is a very large balcony in our room where we can relax and enjoy the sun and view. The garden is beautiful. We had a walk around. I have to express my many thanks for the staff, especially Mr. Mamdouh. He is so kind and helpful. He gave us information about the room, the hotel, and meal, etc. He helped to contact the travel agency for the taxi problem. Thank you Momdouh! We even regret that we should have stay Movenpick Aswan 2 more nights if we knew the hotel was so good.

The location is in a tranquil nubian village on the west side of the Nile. If you're with the car, you easily exit on a highway towards the Aswan Dam of Abu Simbel. The courtyard is a traditional one, the room was big, clean and with a good wi-fi. The host was careful and the surroundings looked safe. We also parked the car at the gate front and it was ok. The breakfast was tasteful and we served it outside in the courtyard. On the evenings, the lights from the courtyard make a warm and nice atmosphere. A good value for money!
