The Mango Guest House is one of the best guest houses on the elephantine island with a great location just 3 minutes to the ferry that takes you to the main land for just 5 egt. The personal is very chill and will help you gladly if you ask.

What an amazing experience! I had a lovely time in Nala Narty - an authentic setting, reproducing Nubian homes, with great taste. I spent a lot of time in my room (a refuge from the excruciatingly hot sun!)

I had a wonderful stay at Nebro Nubian House! The guesthouse has a cozy and authentic Nubian vibe, with beautifully designed handmade decorations that make you feel at home. The location is perfect right in the heart of the village with a lovely side view of the Nile.
Hafez, the owner, is incredibly welcoming and makes sure you have everything you need, so professional . His hospitality and local recommendations made my trip even more special. The staff were also friendly and always ready to help.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, authentic Nubian experience with great hospitality, this is the perfect place. I’d definitely come back!

Amazing stay and honestly one of the best customer service experiences in Egypt. Rooms are super cute and cosy and was so Amazing to wake up to the sunrise right o the river. All of the staff went above and beyond and the food was simply delicious. I chose to eat there often rather than go to other restaurants as it was some of the best food I ate during my month in Egypt. I'm coming back with a group later in the year and even gave them a shout out on IG which is rare. Highly recommend 👌

Rewa and her family were so kind and welcoming. Airkela guest house is conveniently located just a few metres from the ferry pier on Elephantine Island. The room was spotlessly clean, with an amazing view over the Nile. Breakfast was superb. We would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so special and helping us to arrange our onward travel. We won’t forget our stay with you.

The location was amazing, next to the Nile. It was peaceful and quiet away from the busy Aswan, but not too far if you want to visit the city.
The owner is a great person, very helpful and caring. He's got his own boat, which allows to go easily to Philae temples, see the sunset or sunrise. It's up to you.
His mom is a great cook : the red sauce with the potatoes is yummy.
The room is clean and quiet. I had a view on the Nile directly from my bed.

Great place on the quiet Elephantine island. The ferry at the KFC takes you to the island for only LE5. Super comfortable beds, hot showers and a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. Abdullah is incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing (and a lot!). Highly recommended.

It was amazing. It was a resort type accommodation located on the banks of the Nile. We didn’t expect such a luxurious accommodation and it was a pleasant surprise
