Knowing that they care about the community and sustainability made every meal even more meaningful. I especially enjoyed the Egyptian‑style breakfasts The location is perfect too — peaceful on the Nile, yet just 10–15 minutes from Luxor’s temples and the Valley of the Kings. It gave me the best of both worlds: serenity and easy access to the ancient sites What makes Eden really unique is the atmosphere. The cats and dogs bring such a playful, comforting energy — the cats are endlessly entertaining and sweet, while the dogs keep watch, making the whole place feel safe and cozy. Honestly, it’s the mix of warmth, authenticity, and heart that makes this place unforgettable. It’s not just somewhere to stay — it’s an experience filled with care and love. For me, it truly felt like a home away from home.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. We loved everything! Walid and his family were so kind and helpful! He's an architect of the Arabic design style, and those elements are everywhere. What a beautiful space! Also, do not miss the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast added to your stay. The family does an amazing dinner cooked with wood fire underground. They allowed me to video the process, which starts hours before dinner. Truly one of the best meals of our trip in Egypt.

Jolie Ville Hotel & Spa Kings Island Luxor is a luxurious resort situated on a private island. Surrounded by 165 acres of landscaped gardens, it overlooks the Nile and features 3 outdoor swimming pools. Staff, location, food. We have stayed here as a family three times and will keep coming back. Lorna at front desk was great.

I liked how Ahmed the Receptionist was kind and fast, to my request even though I arrived a bit earlier he manage to have a room available for me. And made all my stay very informed and comfortable. The place is actually really nice and the restaurant was what I was expecting and even more because food was really good. They also have tourist packages available, I already had mine ready before arriving but is good to have that option available. It was clean and not noisy.
