All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

The staff was soooooo so helpful and kind and asking always if we need anything or want to drink something. And also they offer us a late checkout cause we had a late flight and that was seriously kind of them we even enjoyed the meal even if we had to leave that day. We initially booked into another resort which was noisy and with throngs of people and hence quickly decided to move on. Chanced upon Makadi spa and headed here. From the moment we arrived in this oasis of calm, the staff took ultimate care if us and promised us an exceptional stay snd that is what we got. Our host, Hanna really made our stay, personally making sure all our needs and wished were met A more professional man you could not meet. The food, the staff and the surrounds were all perfect for us. This is a great resort and highly recommend it. never a lack of smiles and generosity from all that work here A true 10/10.
