The staff is wonderful! This is the main treasure of this hotel! Everyone, from the gardener to the chef, is friendly and helpful. Requests are fulfilled quickly. The food is delicious, there was even a choice for vegans. Having learned that my brother does not eat meat, twice they personally prepared seafood for him for dinner. And this is at no additional charge. There was always fish, even for dinner there were 5 types of soups, for every taste. The beach is sandy, as already mentioned, which is very convenient. The equipment in the gym is of good quality. Somehow my sweatpants, which were drying outside, disappeared. My room was on the 1st floor. Probably blown away by the wind. I looked for them, but didn't find them. Someone from the staff noticed this and said, don’t worry, we have cameras, we’ll take a look. After 2 hours, my sweatpants were returned to me. They found them! We are glad that we chose this hotel. We will come again with friends!

Our experience at Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam was excellent from start to finish. The level of service exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, terraces, and, most importantly, separate bathrooms with good doors (not glass), wonderful pools, very clean, bar staff and poolside staff do everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food and desserts, lots of fresh fruit, and absolutely delicious smoothies made from mango, strawberry, and agave. They were magnificent. A very good gym, it has everything you need for a quality workout. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. And would love to visit this hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.
