All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

What a super hotel!!! *****. Everything is taken care of and the hotel staff ensure that nothing is missing. Every day, Engy from guest relations comes by to see if there are any wishes and what needs to be improved. Everything is arranged for you. The food is diverse and very tasty. The restaurant staff is also friendly. Sous Chef Mohammed also comes every day to ask if everything is to your liking. My wife is diabetic and attention was also paid to that. Animation team is good and try to make a party for the guests every day. Hotel room is clean and fresh . We went to the Spa ourselves for a massage, this is affordable and very good, definitely recommended. The hotel is in the lee of Hurghada, and certainly no crowds, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back. Solymar Soma Beach thank you for a great week full of memories.

We loved this hotel! Everything was amazing… we want to thank Hamdi for taking really good care of us he truly made our stay amazing. Whatever we needed we could just ask Hamdi and he made sure everything was taken care of straight away. The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome! The food is great, so much variety, the buffet is amazing and so are the restaurants! The hotel is so clean everywhere and they really make an effort to clean everything every single day! The pools are great and so is the direct access to the beach. We also want to thank Ahmed (who works in the pool bar and Indochina), Mohammed who works by the beach restaurant and Yusuf the shisha man These staff members really made our stay great they treated us like family and put a smile on our face every single day. There is nothing in this hotel that wasn’t good and we will definitely be back very soon!

We initially booked into another resort which was noisy and with throngs of people and hence quickly decided to move on. Chanced upon Makadi spa and headed here. From the moment we arrived in this oasis of calm, the staff took ultimate care if us and promised us an exceptional stay snd that is what we got. Our host, Hanna really made our stay, personally making sure all our needs and wished were met A more professional man you could not meet. The food, the staff and the surrounds were all perfect for us. This is a great resort and highly recommend it. never a lack of smiles and generosity from all that work here A true 10/10.
