I love the place, the location and all the attention that the personal had with us to help us with the fire crisis. Thank you very much!

The Marmot Basin ski area is 30 km away. Attention to detail . Even after recently reopening after the wildfires , the staff was all hands on deck and professional . It was such a great stay that my husband and I are comparing other hotels we have stayed at since and looking for the Jasper Fairmont experience again.

Let's start with restaurant and staff. Both were excellent. My family and I enjoyed dinner and breakfast very much. The rooms are a little dated but comfortable. If you are looking for luxury stay in Jasper or Banff. If you want to be away from the crowds this is your place. Plus, it's a great place to start your epic journey on the Ice Fields Parkway. Start early and you'll have the falls and the road to yourself.

Lovely stop over, could have stayed longer. Really nice feel to the resort, family friendly and very clean and safe. Room perfectly as described, clean and comfortable. Location stunning, perfect for us. Had a lovely meal at the restaurant, staff fantastic.

Jasper Gates resort is located around 40 mins from Jasper. The area where it's located is beautifully setup. Room was nice and everything was clean and organized.

Really spacious suite with all the amenities we needed. Good temperature and very quiet in the mornings with parking directly outside the suite. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there's a great atmosphere around the resort which made the stay more enjoyable.

Really nice place. We stayed in two cabins and it was perfect. They are really good prepared with a fully equiped kitchen. Has BBQs outside to use and common areas to relax with the family. We loved the place 'Folding Mountain Brewing Taproom and Kitchen' close to the resort (2' walking)
