Everything is very new and clean. Room was very spacious and the decor was modern and beautiful. Loved our bathroom and the view of the beach which they kindly upgraded us to. Every team member always greeted us and was always so helpful and polite, the service was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was also great! We enjoyed the free yoga class as well. We have been to Melia in Ho Tram and must say the Gran Melia is next level, really enjoyed our stay here.

This resort is absolutely amazing. The staff here are so amazing and speak great English. The resort is stunning we were on our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. Lenny was one of the staff onsite and he was just the best so helpful and made our experience great. Our room the chill out room had the best bathroom we could see the ocean and the massages at the spa were exceptional.

We had 3 breakfasts which were all delicious and changed its menu every morning. Location of buffet is easy to access and all staffs are very kind and keen to get what guest ask prior to raising hands. Both 2 rooms, one ocean view panoramic king suite and another city view, were excellent and very comfortable to stay. Services from concierge and club lounge staff far exceed our expectation and deserve very top rate compared with other 5 star or even 6 start hotels that I have been. Overall, the best!

This place is heaven on earth! We were here for 3 days on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The view, the villa (and the bathroom!!) was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back and give our best recommendation.

Amazing resort with lovely and polite staff. Great spa facilities. Amazing food at breakfast anf restaurants. Resort has very good and fast transportation with buggy cars. The rooms are very modern, nice view to the sea and mountains.

Beautiful hotel located on a stunning island, pool area was incredible we spent almost 3 days poolside. The onsite restaurants while expensive comparative to local prices are excellent in variety and quality. The included breakfast was vast and abundant. Gym is well equipped and provides everyone one count want. Take the buggy to the vin harbour for more food options.
