I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕

This resort is absolutely amazing. The staff here are so amazing and speak great English. The resort is stunning we were on our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. Lenny was one of the staff onsite and he was just the best so helpful and made our experience great. Our room the chill out room had the best bathroom we could see the ocean and the massages at the spa were exceptional.

The hotel was beautiful and in good location and very quiet even though in the middle of city. Excellent breakfast and varied and rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday to a high standard.

This place is heaven on earth! We were here for 3 days on our honeymoon and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The view, the villa (and the bathroom!!) was absolutely perfect. We would definitely come back and give our best recommendation.

Truly 5* resort which exceeded our expectations. Very good breakfast buffet, different restaurants and bars with top quality food and drinks. We had our own pool which the kids enjoyed incredibly. Very good beds and luxurious bathrooms. Great views on the bay.

Unreal! We had the most magical and wonderful stay here. The pool is enormous and the facilities are great. The room is luxurious and the staff are friendly and welcoming, polite and lovely. We stayed 4 night with our family. We wish we could stay longer. We loved everything! The beauty of nature in combination with an excellent facilities made it really unforgettable experience!!! The food was amazing, room was very comfortable, well maintained, spotless clean rooms. Personeel was very professional and super friendly. We went for 1 day to aqua park, really great for children and adults. We loved it. 200% recommend to stay when visiting Nha Trang.
