We recently stayed at Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort in Hue for a family holiday with four adults and two young children (aged 4 and 5), and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional—warm, personalized, and consistently attentive. The staff regularly checked in to ensure our comfort and went above and beyond to meet our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The resort itself is a lush, green oasis—beautifully maintained with plenty of shade and tranquil spaces to relax. Our rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The swimming pool was a highlight for both the kids and adults—refreshing, well-kept, and surrounded by nature. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. In addition, we very much enjoyed the complimentary massage and yoga sessions. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue, especially families looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay! Truly 5 stars. Gorgeous view of the koi ponds and extensive Japanese gardens right from our balcony. Even beautiful in the rain :) Room was SPOTLESS, never have I seen a hotel in Southeast Asia so sparkling clean! Thank you, Kobe housekeeping. Bed was absolutely massive, extremely comfortable, and had the best pillows. Room included onsen access to 9 pools of mineral HEAVEN, with friendly staff to walk you through it and give you plenty of privacy. Outstanding breakfast far exceeded expectations and included really unique options to break up the monotony of Vietnamese food -- incl. sushi, matcha cakes, steamed taro bunsfreshly brewed specialty teas, a miso soup station, etc. in addition to the standard Asian-style and Western-style offerings. We were even pleasantly suprised by the culinary quality of the room service, and the steak and sushi we had for dinner on the property's restaurant on our last night. Service was top-notch.

Fantastic resort to take a break from the busy Vietnam. Well designed room, clean, spacious... Food was good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was just fantastic. The hotel facilities, activities and staff exceeded all our expectations. Spa and onsen are very well organized, clean and professional. We even did zip line. The food on site is of great quality and there is so many things to do in site, we wished we could have stayed longer !

It was an oasis of peace. I really loved the design of my room and in general it was very comfortable. Pool was very beautiful and clean. Some people might not like that it is a bit further from Hue city but I had my scooter so I was flexible and enjoying the peacefulness of the place. Rooms are placed in beautiful garden and so much more. I even prolonged my stay twice.

Lots of charm and beautifully built in colonial style. One of the best beaches I’ve seen and with little people. Very good food and service. Facilities could need some maintenance but it will not bother you.

Excellent localization. Very kind, helpful staff. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated, with wonderful rattan furniture and accessories. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Good balcony, wonderful view of the river (deluxe room with river view). Comfortable bathroom, good absorbent towels, good hot water. Excellent breakfast. The wifi worked well.

By far the best stay for us in Vietnam! They were super helpful, they took the extra mile by escorting us to nearest shop when we ran out of fuel, they arranged renting a motorbike conveniently dropped at the facility, they paid so much attention on all our needs (swimming pool with water non stop circulating, the 2 AC both throughfully tested, arranged the lunch in the garden, the manager had a private discussion with us ensuring we feel great, their recommendations were always on-spot). The entire resort has so many things to offer in an idilic surrounding! We left the resort happy but nostalgic, heading towards HoI An and Ba Na hills.
