Liked the staff going beyond expectations when they made an amazing birthday decoration with cake for my wife. It is close to the lake and in a quieter street. The complimentary afternoon tea, bar voucher and cooking demonstration were fantastic and appreciated.

Very good, polite and helpful front office staff Specially Lydia and Kevin with a good hospitality. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a free room upgrade on arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean with all nessasary facilities. The hotel is small and nice with convenient location. We have been travelling around Vietnam and Laos and for the 3rd time in few weeks we stopped at the San Palace Hotel.It's always a delight to arrive, the team is so welcoming, Charly, Camelia, Daff, Huy and Doan that we met on our last stop. The hotel is very well situated in Hanoi old quater The room is very spacious, very clean and very confortable. The breakfast choice is changing every day and i can say the best in Vietnam so far.
