Resorts in Ha Long

This resort blew us away. The continental breakfast was incredible, the villa was absolutely massive and the service was unmatched. The spread at breakfast was huge, with everything ranging from fruit, western style breakfast (and DELICIOUS BACON), homemade french bread, pho, and an egg/omelette station. We also had dinner at the restaurant multiple times, and the salads and entrees were delicious. There was also a washing machine in the villa, which was so convenient to do laundry. There are two massive swimming pools, a beautiful spa with a sauna and steam room, and it's 200 meters from Bai Chay beach. The massages at the spa were amazing, and everyday, room service would come and replenish all of our soap, give us clean towels, and give us many bottles of water. The front desk was also super helpful in organising taxis to and from excursions, as well as back to Hanoi. The staff was so highly trained and really made our stay incredible. This is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at, highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good and all the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. We stayed in the Executive Suite, I highly recommend to choose that, it was totally worth it. The hotel is excuisite and luxurious. Loved that the ferry service ran 0-24 every 20-30 minutes. Also recommend to try the Pavilion restaurant at the hotel, especially when they have seafood BBQ night.

An absolutely wonderful homestay in a beautiful village! Getting to the village and back from the main pier is easy; you only have to ask for help. Once you get to the pier near Viet Hai, you can either take a bicycle to the village (someone will take your luggage), or you can hire an electric car very easily for a reasonable price. The owners were incredibly kind to me and made sure I had an amazing time and helped me make every arrangement. Fortunately, they spoke English quite well so we could communicate. They gave me advice on hiking and nice things to do around the village. Bikes were free; you can take one and go anywhere you like on the island. Lots of beautiful hikes, starting right at the doorstep. I was treated to amazing meals, with so many exotic and delicious choices! You can try a free fish massage! The family was so incredibly warm and kind to me during my stay of three nights; I was never bored for a moment. Truly a wonderful experience.

Even though some areas were under renovation, I was very happy with my room. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view of the bay. The staff at breakfast were so kind and attentive, which made the inconvenience of the renovations much easier to overlook.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate our request. There were welcoming drink and fruit, very nice and pleasant. The amenities in the bathroom were all from well-known brand and we loved the private onsen and sauna. Food was nice and and quite diverse. Wifi was pretty strong. Soft bed and comfy blanket. The overall atmosphere were calming and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay.
