Resorts in Da Lat

The location is ok, my family feels happy with the decor in the room.

We loved the room, the food and the location. The hotel has a perfect size because it does not feel like a resort but has plenty of green areas and all the amenities.

Everything. Simply loved everything!

The staff were very helpful and the views from all around the property were beautiful.

Scenery, quietness, fresh air, flowers everywhere, quality imposing villas throughout Resort. Breakfast outside very relaxing.

Scenery and material quality: The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax. Staff quality: Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling.

This is a perfect place to enjoy mother nature amidst tranquillity and the beauty of Tuyen Lam Lake. I only stayed 1 night which is a mistake. I shpuld have stayed 2 nights; of which I will spend one full day just chilling by the picturesque lake views the resort offers. A special shout out to Ms Nghi from reception for your very kind help and excellent service! 😀👍👍🙏 I will be back to Terracota for sure!!

We are so glad that we booked this property. It need a whole day to explore. The views, hospitality, staff, amenities are beyond our expectations. One of the best properties we have stayed. The guys at reception as very good and they mean to serve, they go out of their way to make you comfortable.

The resort is quite and a little far from the city central. Very relaxing stay and the room was excellently clean. You could have a very quite and relaxing stay at the resort. Many trees and flowers surrounding the resort. It was really a great stay. Very clean room, comfort bed and pillows. Staff were very helpful on the request. But If you prefer city live, then might need to consider stay at city area.
