The staff were the only positive during the stay, they really went out of their way to accommodate us. We expected good facilities and nature to explore but disappointingly there was none of this and the staff kindly drove us to a nearby attraction.

Our deluxe room was spacious, comfortable and very well presented. We appreciated the lift and daily room service. The hotel is about 10 km from Son Tay in a very dusty area with limited restaurants and shops. During our visit there were very few guests in the hotel, so there was no buffet breakfast, just a single choice.

The onsen here is truly a hidden gem in Hanoi. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail – everything felt organized and authentic.
