My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our honeymoon. We originally booked a regular king room but on check-in, we were lucky enough to be helped by Caitlin, who upgraded us to a suite on the ground floor! We were thrilled and loved the room - especially the bathtub and the private patio. We were also very happy to be in a quiet wing of the resort. The pools , restaurants and grounds are spectacular. The water slides are also good fun and the long lines move quickly. Looking forward to coming back here with family in the future.

The parking security, Joseph, is very helpful. It’s my first time and thinking of having Holiday Inn for my next San Antonio visit.
