Cabilao was absolute paradise! From the moment we arrived the staff were so kind and accommodating. The beach and view is just stunning! There were so many little extra touches to make our stay more special/comfortable. The food was excellent, and they were brilliant at catering to me as a vegan, even though it isn't common in the Philippines. Anything they weren't sure of they came to check which was very reassuring. The location is perfect and so remote. We always had the beach to ourselves. The owner Lucy was so kind and gave great recommendations and made us feel so welcome. We didn't dive but heard that it was fantastic with lots of sightings of sea turtles. We loved snorkelling and the pool area is fab. We had the best time and it was the perfect start to our Philippines trip, we didn't want to leave! We definitely want to return in the future! A special shout out to Mafette and Ivy who looked after us so well, but really all the staff were amazing. Thank you for the most incredible stay!! Lucy & Ethan x

The place is quiet and very relaxing. Nice view of sunset. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Delicious food and very clean rooms. Excellent for diving because of its beautiful corals. Highly recommended.

We loved the quiet surrounding, the pool, the tasty food and the amazing snorkeling directly on the beach. It's a nice touch that they offer beach shoes and snorkeling masks free of charge. As there is no sandy beach, the underwaterworld is stunning, starting just a few metres from the hotel. Also a great starting point for exploring Bohol Island. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 6 nights and we could not have been happier with our stay. The place is really private so if you need some space and tranquility, this is the place to be. The pool area is gorgeous with a seaview. George and his family served us excellently, and everything always worked out even better than expected and they made all our wishes come true. Food was delicious and we could get something to eat or drink pretty much anytime we wished. The place is pretty isolated so in order to go to places you can use the scooters that the resort offers. They also arrange drivers if you wish to do day trips that are also arranged by the resort just perfectly. The atmosphere is just beautiful and calm and you really get to have the recharge you need. Everything was just simply working and we were enjoying ourselves fully! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
