Very friendly owner and staff..Siuated in a quiet laneway just off Lewis Place.The rooms are very well maintained with comfortable bed,hot shower,good WiFi and A.C. of course..There is also a shared balcony and comfortable seating areas aplenty.The breakfast was also of a very high standard..

It’s a pity we discovered this place only at the end of our trip, as we decided to stay here the night before our departure. Located 15–20 minutes from the airport, this spot is truly delightful. Hosts were so kind and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay. The room was clean and tidy. The mosquito net was really useful. We could sleep windows open only because of the net. The location is perfect if you want to stay away from busy roads and the crowds and yet it’s well connected, just few minutes walk from shops and plenty of restaurants. . They even offered us coffee, refreshments for no extra charges. Lovely family with a lovely property. Definitely recommend.

Lucky was a terrific host. Easy going, efficient and a wealth of information. The facilities are excellent and beautifully maintained. A lovely peaceful spot, an easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Great value for money, we loved it.

We only needed to stay in Negombo for one night before heading south since we landed late at night. Alanka who owns the property was able to arrange to personally pick us up from the airport, served us tea on arrival even though it was very late at night, and made sure we were comfortable in our rooms. We even got a free room upgrade that made us even more comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was included as well and Alanka took us down to Unawatuna in his van, showing us interesting sights on the way including a lovely turle sanctuary. Highly recommend!

Wonderful guesthouse in pleasant Negombo. Conversely located 5 mins from the Main Street and the beach. Tons of restaurants and bars to choose from there. 20 mins by car from the airport. 1 hour to Colombo. A perfect little oasis to rest, unwind and ease into your holiday. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Big pool. Lovely cafe/bar. Great value for money. Felt safe and well taken care of. Staff is stellar! Professional, pleasant, helpful! Loved them all, and plan to return.
