It’s a fantastic place, new, modern, very spacious, with large terrace. Walk to Hiriketiya takes 10 minutes, with tuk tuk or scooter about 3 minutes. It’s perfect distance, it’s still close to surfing and restaurants, while remote enough to be very quiet and relaxing. Amazing restaurant/ bar “Smokes and bitters” is just downhill, maybe 1 minute walk.

We stayed for 5 nights ar FlyOn Resort and we had our best stay far in Sri Lanka. The brand new hotelroom and bathroom were both spacious clean and tighdy. The bathroom had great water pressure and hot water, which is not usual at stays in Sri Lanka. Its located at a nice green and quiet area which made our stay relaxing. FlyOn has everything you need! The hotel is located in most beautiful place we've visited in Sri Lanka! Two beautiful beaches and a very nice territory (the pool, big chess, ping pong, the bar area and and nice walking paths). The staff is lovely, they were always there for us and made us feel like home. Good choices for breakfast and dinner, our kids are picky eaters but always found something to eat and the ice cream in the dinner buffet was always a hit. The room is really spacious, clean and beautiful and the sea view was fantastic. Would love to visit again!

This place exceeded our expectations regarding accommodation itself, location and staff. Rooms are like on the picture, they do not lack coziness and comfort, I would compare it to European 4 stars. They had some minor, mostly cosmetical imperfections, but water was having a strong flow, always hot, AC was clean and bed was comfortable. The other very important part is the restaurant with so far the best food we had in Sri Lanka in regards of choice ( seafood, pork, chicken), taste and value for money ratio. It was very convenient to have lunch there without need to to wait somewhere for more then an hour, as you can simply go swim while it's being prepared. They also organized for us a wedding dinner, that was abundant (we had enough for next day breakfast and lunch for 8 people) , super tasty and included every desire we had for a very good price. This all is thanks to the amazing staff and manager of this place. It was very easy to deal with them(even with people who did not have perfect English) , they really tried to make sure we are happy and enjoying our stay, what is in general a very valuable trait in Sri Lanka. We can highly recommend this place even for a longer stay because it is so relaxing and everything you need is by your hand

The accommodation is very spacious and very clean. The balcony has a very nice garden view. The breakfast was tasty. The owner is very kind and helpful. And lastly, it is located very close to Silent beach which is in my opinion one of the best in the region.

Simply one of the best stays we had in Sri Lanka, we directly prolonged our stay! - super nice and welcoming host family - nice, very clean and comfortable room (we had a big balcony. The other rooms also seemed similarly good!) - comfy bed - the host mother is cooking one of the best rice and curries and very freshly for a very reasonable price in big portions. Also the breakfast was great! - located very quietly outside of Tangalle. There is not much around except a fantastic small beach. We have been nearly alone there. You can walk along the beach to the next bigger one also - you can rent a scooter directly from the hosts

everything was excellent: new hotel with all the needed furniture and nicely styled, big bathroom and room, very clean. Breakfast on the balcony (upper floor) with nature sounds was amazing. The hospitality and kindness of the host 10 out of 10. Beautiful, large, deserted beach, exactly what is needed if you want to rest from busy environment and enjoy beauty of the nature

A very well-kept facility, located in a quiet location, with access to the lagoon. We swam in a kayak belonging to the facility and had the opportunity to observe many species of birds, including eagles. Moreover, while sitting for breakfast, you can admire several species of colorful birds flying between the trees. Fantastic! Extremely spacious and clean room. Food also very good. Extremely nice and helpful gentleman. He arranged for us to pick up a tuk tuk at the hotel. We recommend this place!
