I have to commend the in- house dinning staff ,that arranged for a warm glass of milk each evening and each morning ( 5.30am ) to be delivered to our room for our 17 month old grandson . They were always obliging when we called them - regarding the kids meals and all other services

It really felt like going back in time; beautifully decorated by Geoffrey Bawa giving the typical tropical movement vibe. Very tranquil place, the garden is stunning, breakfast delicious and you have the luxury of the swimming pool and just a 5 minute walk away also the quiet beach. The train running through the garden only every once in a while makes it extra special. The noise never bothered me while I am a light sleeper (as of midnight until +/- 05:00 the train doesn't pas by anymore anyway). There are many guests who have been coming back for years. That already says enough. The staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely loved it here, thank you for this special experience and truly hope to come back in the future!

The best host I've ever had!! We had big problem,but Priyanke helped us,he saved us! Villa is very comfortable, all is convenient, beds are very nice! Hot water!Breakfast is soon good) We took family room at the second floor-it's perfect and reallybig,with huge balcony! The pool is clean! Drinkable water is good! All was perfect! Beach is nice,no big waves,but ocean not calm,though we like such ocean)Thank you so much, it's really 10 points!! We will come back!

The environment was really great and something new for my family and specially for my children. The food really freshly cooked and served upon order. Special thanks to CAFE BEM team members SACHINDU, SANDALI, THARANGA and NAVAD was well supported and so humble to providing the needs. Loved location on beach, pool, lovely room booked sea view superior room 309 after a week of guesthouses. So so clean no sewage smells like in other places. Staff were lovely from reception to porters bar the sour lady on tea and coffee in buffet area but we all have bad days….Loved my stay and the staff are a credit to the hotel
