To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was helpful. A special thanks to Gabriella. Every morning, we had a nice conversation. She gave me a lot of advice and suggestions for things to do, and she made me feel very welcome 🙏 For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, always fresh. Incredible 👏 Truly an amazing hotel. Very nice and clean hotel. The pool and outdoor-sauna were amazing. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and dinner with a high quality menu, especially for kids. The staff was professional, very friendly and helpful. My kids (5 and 7) loved the kids-club very much and my husband and I enjoyed having lunch while our kids had a great time in the kids club.

It was our first stay in this hotel and originally it wasn't our first choice. But we got to know a hotel with very super friendly staff and an outstanding breakfast buffet and also a very good evening menu in the restaurant, albeit a little too playful. We weren't able to use and experience everything the hotel has to offer during our stay, but what we can say is that we would love to come back and are really looking forward to it. The hotel convinced us and although we were a little skeptical at first, we think we'll be impressed again next time. Great and very hard-working staff, a big thank you from us.

Everything was ok, the place was spatial and comfortable, very well equipped with all amenities.

Actually the only downside was the broken elevator but they offered us another apartment which we didnt take because it wasnt such a big of a deal for us. Expect from that everything was exactly as the description on booking.
